摘要

Aimed at problems of cumbersome process and low detecting accuracy in quality test of safety lock, a quality testing system of safety lock based on PIC16F877A singlechip is put forward. Personal computer is in charge of monitoring and controlling the process of quality test of safety lock. PIC16F877A, as the lower computer, complete sensor sampling, primary data processing and transmitting, according to command from upper computer. The system uses modularization thinking to compile testing procedures for different tests, and connects personal computer with PIC16F877A by serial communication interface, to achieve the quality test of safety lock. Test results show that the system can test two types of safety locks by only one device, and complete analysis of safety lock performance quickly and accurately, having strong reliability, and is easy to use.
