Hess raises stabroek estimate

US independent Hess has raised its forecast of estimated recoverable reserves at the ExxonMobil-operated Stabroek block ofshore Guyana. Chief executive John Hess says the reserves fgure now stands at more than 6bn bl of oil equivalent (boe), up from 5.5bn boe previously. ExxonMobil has made 13 discoveries at Stabroek since 2015.
