IPWEA (NSW) welcomes recognition and funding for Local Government Infrastructure

The Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia NSW Division, IPWEA (NSW), has welcomed the announcement by the NSW Shadow Minister for Local Government for better infrastructure outcomes in New South Wales. Attending the recent Local Government NSW Conference in Albury, IPWEA (NSW) Chief Executive Officer, Mr John Roydhouse said; "The announcement by the Shadow Minister, The Hon. Peter Primrose, that the NSW Opposition is supporting a long-term request for recognition of Engineers along with a promised review of the NSW Formula for Federal Assistant Grants is welcomed."
