LONDON (ICIS)--China’s shifting energy balance heavily influences the global picture and will continue to do so as the pressure is kept on tackling environmental pollution and on developing a better self-sustaining economy. Underlying some of the big trends last year were China’s policies on coal, its move towards gas and the focus on renewables.
