The abrasive wear simulation of precision parts

摘要

Theoretic basis of calculations using integral equation for determination of abrasive wear parameters for precision "plunge-bushing" pairs with rectilinear generatrix is developed. At the contact stresses determi8nation calculations should be taken into account surface roughness and elastic deformation as well as movement of abrasive particle and part. Results of theoretic investigation are confirmed experimentally.
