Electromechanical processing of valve springs

摘要

Analysis of the valve springs influence on technical and economical characteristics of engines operation is given. The springs parameters restoration method by electromechanical processing is theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed. Device for its realization is developed and described. Restoration conditions are optimized. Results of microstructure and roentgenographic analysis as well as of comparative and operative tests are described.
