Abrasive jet cutting as a creation method of the partly regular microprofile

摘要

Based on a known mathematical model for finishing methods the optimal step between lubricating micropockets depending on maximum roughness is found. New method of partly regular microprofile production with abrasive jet cutting with rarefied abrasive jet is proposed. It excludes tool power action on workpiece. For abrasives with different grain size experimental dependency of the lubricating micropockets step on adjusted twisting is given.
