摘要

The method of measurement data processing of a small sample on the basis of the apparatus of the smoothing cubic normalized B-splines has been developed. The spline spacing selection providing the solution of the smoothing problem with a prescribed accuracy has been substantiated. The analytical expressions for the probability distribution density and numeric characteristics of the measurement results were obtained.
