Target number strategy

摘要

Teachers are asked to make sure that children I are given the opportunity to be flexible when working with numbers. This flexibility gives them the necessary skills to solve problem situations in their head or by manipulating numbers based on standard and non-standard partitioning. This develops the Proficiency Strand called Fluency.
