Ferrous scrap market sentiment has started to change into positive in Turkey. Purchases continue and this time companieshave accepted higher prices for American and European material.After the talks, an Iskenderun-based steelmaker has bought HMS 1&2 (80:20) from the USA at $349.5/t CFR. Fulldetails of the contract have not been disclosed. Prices have added $4.5?6.5/t over a few days.
