However, the largest traders also have a signifcant impact on the increase, insiders say. “Traders are achieving higher scrap bids from mills, saying it is necessary to secure stable supplies. Since they cooperate with many consumers, this has been repeated for a number of weeks,” the segment’s representative told Metal Expert.
