Venture Global Signs LNG SPA Contract with BP

US Venture Global announced Monday on May 21st (local time) that it has signed an LNG sale and purchaseagreement (SPA) with UK BP. Pursuant to the agreement, Venture Global supplies 2 million mt per year of LNG from theCalcasieu Pass project in Louisiana on an FOB basis over the course of 20 years from the date of the first LNGproduction.
