The coal production volume of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a coal mining government corporation in 2017reached 24.23 million ton, up by 4.61 million tons (23.5%) from the prior year.On the one hand, the coal sales volume in 2017 was 23.63 million tons, up by 2.88 million tons (13.9%) from theprior year, 61% of which was shipped for domestic consumption within Indonesia and 39% exported mainly to India andChina.
