On March 7, Yancoal Australia Ltd. finished taking over coal assets from Mitsubishi Corporation.The Company took over a 28.898% interest in Warkworth coal mine, a thermal and semi-soft coking coal mine inthe State of NSW from a Mitsubishi’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mitsubishi Development Pty Ltd., and the takeoveramount was US$230 million.
