Xcoal Energy & Resources Exports Baralaba PCI Coal for First Time (October) On October 31, Xcoal Energy & Resources GmbH (Xcoal), USA made it clear that the Company exported LV PCI coal produced at Baralaba North coal mine in the State of QLD, Australia for the first time. Xcoal won exclusive multi-year marketing, offtake and sales agreements for Barbala PCI coal in August 2018. Accordingly, Xcoal has ended up monopolizing marketing for Baralaba PCI coal.
