On January 8, Banpu Public Company Limited, Thailand made clear its plan to increase its coal export volume toVietnam in 2019 to more than 2 million tons.Banpu Public exported 1.3 million tons of coal to Vietnam in 2018. Hence, the export in 2019 is expected to be upby more than 700,000 tons from the prior year.
