Treatment clinic sk:n bought out by TriSpan for f 35m

UK-based skin care treatment clinic sk:n has been acquired by private equity company TriSpan in a deal worth ￡35m. The company works to support a range of companies in the lower middle market through its two financial initiatives,the Rising Stars Fund and its Opportunities Fund. Through sk:n,the investment group will work with the existing management team to continue to develop and expand the business,led by CEO Darren Grassby and CFO Simon Hope.
