TransCanada Gets Commitments on Keystone XL

TransCanada has received commitments of around 500,000 barrels per day for the long-delayed Keystone XL crude pipeline from Alberta in Western Canada to Cushing, Oklahoma, the company said Thursday. “We do have various conditions attached,” Paul Miller, the company’s head of liquids pipelines said Thursday during a conference call with analysts and investors. “I believe the conditions are manageable.”
