L'Oreal USA takes up both reins at Beauty Alliance

L'Oreal USA has bought the remaining 70% stake in US salon beauty distributor Beauty Alliance LLC following its acquisition of a 30% interest in the business in July 2006.Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed but it gives L'Oreal's Professional Products Division control over Beauty Alliance's distribution network of 125,000 salons.
