EnQuest acquires more of Magnus

EnQuest has exercised an option to acquire the remaining 75% stake in the Magnus field in the UK North Sea from BP for US $300m. BP agreed to sell some of its equity in the Magnus oil Field and some associated pipeline infrastructure in the UK Northern North Sea and in the Sullom Voe Terminal (SVT) on Shetland to EnQuest in January 2017.
