A report on the causes of last year’s Mon- tara oil spill in the Timor Sea between Aus- tralia and Indonesia was delivered on Friday to Australian Resources and Energy Minister Martin Ferguson, who pledged to make the results public after ensuring the report’s re- lease would not affect any potential future civil or criminal actions (IOD Nov.9,p7).
