Japanese Stocks Up

Japanese oil product stocks for the week ending Mar. 6 rose by 1.22% to 73.38 million bbl, according to data released Wednesday by the Petroleum Association of Japan. Naphtha was the biggest gainer as stocks increased by 15.7% to 9.59 million bbl. Inventories of fuel oil increased by 2.7% to 21.9 million bbl and jet fuel stocks also hiked by 1.4% to 4.74 million bbl. Stocks of gasoline, kerosene and gas oil fell.
