Is this really a new service?

I have received a booklet from the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education, which provides information about the new medicine service (NMS). The booklet contains a self-assessment section (appendix 1) and the first question asks: "Are you accredited to provide medicines use reviews?" If one is not accredited then do not bother going any further because the appendix later states: "If you have not answered 'yes' to all questions you are not yet ready or eligible to deliver NMS."
