Speak, listen and learn

摘要

I write in response to recent correspondence over medicines use reviews and workplace pressure. I quote W.B.Yeats to describe the current crisis in community pharmacy: "Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;... the best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity ... and what rough beast, its hour come round at last, slouches towards Bethlehem to be born."
