The indication and dose for bicalutamide tablets 50mg have been omitted from p487 of BNF 55.The indication should read:"Advanced prostate cancer in combination with gonadorelin analogue or surgical castration."The dose should read:"Advanced prostate cancer,in combination with gonadorelin analogue or surgical castration,50mg once daily(started at the same time as surgical castration or at least 3 days before gonadorelin therapy,see also section 8.3.4.2,p.486 BNF 55)."
