This year's workforce census-the fourth that has been initiated by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society-is still ongoing:reminders to complete it are being sent out this week.It cannot be underestimated how important this is for calculating the future needs of the NHS and matching that with the skills of practising pharmacists,particularly as new clinical opportunities arise.
