摘要

We appreciate the concerns and points for discussion raised by Tracey Perez Koehlmoos and Richard Smith (Jan 22, p 273). We aim to contribute to that discussion in more depth in due course. However, we are writing briefly now to correct some factual inaccuracies about the work of the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP).
