Despite the originality of this technique, the patients for whom it is described should nowadays no longer be seen. I understand that there are still places in the world where these patients are encountered. However, in most of these countries application of intermittent catheteriza-tion is not an option. This issue is the main criticism of this report. Original? Yes. Applicable?
