摘要

The authors present a "pictorially" nice case of a voiding cystourethrography showing a "fetus-like" bladder. In this patient, fortunately, a misdiagnosis was impossible! In many patients with anterior sacral meningocele (ASM), however, a misdiagnosis may be not only possible but also very dangerous. ASM often occurs sporadically but may be found in conditions such as neurofibromatosis type 1 and Marfan syndrome.
