摘要

My hands-down experience of over forty years in this field covering Identification of Potential Projects, Projects Reports, Market Survey Reports for Financing and Execution including the total techno-commercial aspect weighed on my mind to select this subject for my Editorial. Planning a Project involves making a series of assumptions and consideration of the constraints facing the project. I firmly believe that the person should have a techno-commercial background, hands down experience on shop-floor as well as in the Marketing and the product development to replace the established product of conventional material by a plastics material and also experience in product designing and production and production using a selected material and additives to make a product superior to the one in market and that too with a cost advantage. Those cover : time, cost, availability of materials and conversion equipments, polymer with additives and facility to make or procure perfectly designed tools keeping all the time in mind that the cost of our product is competitive in the market with controlled product cost with no compromise on the quality and performance.
