Independent oil storage provider Oiltanking has moved the startup of its 760,000-cm storage terminal on Indonesia's Karimun Island, for the third time, to June 1, a source close to the matter said Thursday. The company delayed the launch of the oil terminal in September 2014 to Q4 2015 on unfavorable weather conditions. It deferred the second time to Q1 2016 as heavier-than-expected rain and haze affected the tank-coating process.
