Dubai-State-refiner Kuwait National Petroleum Co. (KNPC) said Tuesday it does not expect any impact on oil production or exports from a strike planned by Kuwaiti oil sector workers. Kuwait’s oil union decided Monday to proceed with a strike starting Sunday over the government’s proposal to change their pay and benefits, after talks with oil minister Anas al-Saleh.
