Abu Dhabi—Lower oil prices in the medium term will spur greater demand in developing countries, OPEC said in its latest World Oil Outlook Tuesday, revising upwards its 2021 global demand forecast to 99.2 million b/d, an increase of 1 million b/d from the previous edition.
