China's EN to buy LNG from Australia's Origin Energy

Chinese gas distributor ENN has signed a deal to buy 500,000 mt/year of LNG over five years from Australia's Origin Energy, part owner of one of the new export facilities in Queensland. Under the terms of the non-binding agreement, supplies to ENN are expected to begin in 2018 or 2019, after the completion of its Zhoushan receiving terminal in China's Zhejiang province, Origin said in a statement Tuesday.
