Libyan oil production was at 380,000 b/d as of Wednesday, slightly up from early last week when it was at 361,000 b/d, the chairman of state-owned NOC, Mustafa Sanalla, told Platts. But production remains at around one quarter of its capacity with little change since mid-August, as output continues to be hit by technical difficulties.
