ExxonMobil sells two Malaysian oil fields

Singapore—ExxonMobil is selling its operated stakes in two producing projects offshore Malaysia that feed into the Tapis crude blend to London-listed EnQuest. EnQuest said Friday it will buy ExxonMobil’s 50% stakes in the Seligi oil field as well as the PM8 production sharing contract. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, involves a $67 million cash consideration subject to an interim period adjustment once the deal is complete.
