India's Petronet lNG set to take 12-13 spot cargoes

Mumbai-Indian state-owned Petronet LNG expects to import at least 12-13 spot LNG cargoes during the October-December quarter, a company official said October 17. The company imported that number of spot cargoes in the quarter ended September 30, and expects to do similar volumes in the October-December quarter, the official said. "We have tied up cargoes for the current quarter already so we don't expect higher prices to impact our volumes," he said. "We expect to do similar volumes in the current quarter, if not more."
