Jakarta—A consortium led by Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina looks set to delay construction of a proposed 300,000 b/d refinery in Banten province to 2015-16 from the original schedule of 2012, a senior official said March 10.“The refinery most likely will be onstream by 2015-16,” Pertamina President Director Karen Agustiawan said. “We will hold a meeting with Iran this week.”
