Tokyo-Japan will host the third round of a high-level energy conservation and environmental forum with China on November 28 in Tokyo, Japanese government officials said November 18. The forum, to be co-hosted by Japan's Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Toshihiro Nikai and China's Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission Xie Zhenhua, is expected to attract around 700 delegates from Japan and 300 from China, the officials said. Delegates from the government and private sectors concerned with automobile, electrical machinery, electric power and energy will discuss ways to move forward on energy conservation in China, they added.
