Jakarta-Indonesian investment company Bakrie & Brothers is in talks with US-based Brentwood Ventures to sell its 20% stake in publicly listed oil and gas player Energi Mega Persada, the company said in a statement November 17. Bakrie & Brothers holds a 40% stake in EMP. Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since October 7 because of a sharp fall in price.
