摘要

Washington-The US does not expect to see any physical signs of reduced crude oil deliveries from OPEC producers until at least December, Guy Caruso, the administrator of the US Energy Information Administration, told reporters November 3. "We wouldn't expect to see any physical effects for 40 to 50 days" in shipments from Gulf producers, and "a bit less" time from suppliers such as Venezuela and Nigeria, said Caruso. "We ought to be seeing it showing up in US inventories by mid-December, if indeed it is happening," Caruso said.
