PDVSA delays Paraguana RFG lifting to end-May

Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA said Friday it will delay lifting its first cargo of reformulated gasoline from the country's giant 940,00 b/d Paraguana refining complex to between May 25-27. The 300,000 bbl cargo was scheduled to begin loading Friday for the US.
