Uganda picks Tanzania route

Uganda has chosen Tanzania as an outlet for its oil and will build a pipeline along that route rather than the original option of Kenya. Picking the route will allow operators to make a Final Investment Decision (FID) on developing reserves found in Uganda and Kenya. Tanzania has also found gas offshore.
