Tatneft Shows Libya Doubt

Russian regional producer Tatneft saidon Thursday it is not sure whether it willbe able to resume work in Libya halted bythe civil war. Before the conflict broke outin February, the company held production-sharing agreements with Libya’s old Na-tional Oil Corp. for four blocks in theGhadames and Sirte Basins, where it hadplanned to start commercial productionthis year (IOD Aug.26’11).
