Ducommun Inc. blamed “employee misconduct” for its delayed fourth-quarter financial results. “We have begun the process of taking corrective actions, including termination of employees involved,” Anthony J. Reardon, chairman and chief executive officer of the Carson, Calif.-based aerospace manufacturer, said during a conference call.
