Petroleum Ministry refuses to exempt fertiliser units from pooling of LNG price

The Petroleum Ministry has told the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers that it will be impossible to exempt fertiliser units from the purview of the decision of the Empowered Group of Ministers(EGoM)to pool the price of RLNG imported on a long-term basis from RasGas of Qatar with more expensive RLNG procured specifically for the Dabhol power project.
