The improvement of a flicker model

摘要

The problem of standardizing of voltage fluctuations is considered. It is proposed to extend the concept of the flicker effect to the frequencies lower the 0,05 Hz, and to take the parameters of the source of light into account. A so-called fluctuation dose is considered as an alternative characteristic.
