Aconitum flavum Hand.-Mazz., known as iron hammer, radix aconiti kusnezoffii, Anemonis raddeanae, and Graceful Jessamine Herb and a perennial herb of the Aconitum genus belonging to the Ranunculaceae family, is broadly distributed in Sichuan, Shanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, and Qinghai Province and other places in China. The roots of Aconitum flavum are commonly used for the treatment of injuries and as a medicine for its toxicity, such as rheumatism and arthralgia [1]; meanwhile, it is one of the most vital drugs in Chinese traditional medicine and folk medicine. Aconitum carmichaelli Debeaux [2] and Aconitum kusnezoffii Rchb. [3] are now officially listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which contains the following items regarding Aconitum.
