We hope that you will enjoy this issue of Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. Emma and I are proud to be presenting such a bumper issue that presents the richness of coaching research and its diverse applications. We strongly believe that coaching research and practice need to be grounded in solid evidence and clear frameworks, and we believe that each of the current contributions has something to offer.
