摘要

Cogeneration systems need the sufficient thermal load from the waste-heat boiler through out of year. Therefore, the application of ammonia absorption refrigeration significantly increases the total cogeneration system efficiency. There are two types of system, Gas-turbine cogeneration system and reciprocating engine system. In case of reciprocating engine type, the engine produces two kinds of waste-heat, low pressure steam (0.8 MPa) and low temperature hot water (88 ℃). For this case, the application of hybrid style ammonia absorption produces many benefits in energy and power saving.
